*Ayurvedic consultation and rejuvenantion/energy reviving treatment/weight loss

specific for you. Doctors consultation and review of your health. Two treatments per day (for example oil bath and massage) with medicines as required.

*Ayurveda is india's ancient science of health promoting good eating habits and healthy lifestyle which compliments your yoga practice.

*Ayurvedic medecine incorporates massage, oil baths, some medications and treatments to:

De-tox, rejuvenate, alleviate back pain, arthitis, migraine and help weight loss.

*After consultation with our on-site Doctor, discover your own body type and what foods are appropriate for you to eat or eliminate and enjoy your personalised programme of treatments.

Many optional day trips: shopping or sight seeing

Flights

You will book and pay for your own flights from London to Trivandrum, changing in the Middle East. All airlines such as Qatar, Kuwait are top quality and can be obtained for around £600 plus taxes.
